GENERAL PRESENTATION
CCINA is an business support organization autonomous, non-governmental (private body), public utility, apolitical, non-profit organization.
Our mission is to represent and support the interests of our member companies and local business community, in relation to public authorities and other domestic/foreign entities.
Our target is to maintain our position as a leader business community in Constanta County and boost local development and competitiveness.
Currently our chamber is servicing 740 members (which achieve 75% of the county’s turnover).
Constanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Shipping and Agriculture is organized into four sections, representing the following industries:
1. Commerce, Tourism and Services
2. Industry and Construction
3. Transports and Shipping
4. Agriculture and Food Processing
Having 43 employees, CCINA relies on the following internal departments:

• Regional Centre for Promoting Industrial Property Rights
• CIT – Technology Information Center
• “Euro-Dobrogea” – Romania-Bulgaria Business and Innovation Resource Center
• Entrepreneurial Information and Assistance Help Desk
MAIN SERVICES PROVIDED BY CCINA CONSTANTA
• organisation of information events: seminars, conferences, business partnerships, trade missions;
• organisation of fairs and exhibitions;
• organisation of professional training courses (initiation, qualification, specialization, skills upgrade)
• consultancy on legal, commercial, foreign trade and intellectual property issues
• assistance to access EU/national grant programs
• issue of the following documents: Certificates of Origin, Force Majeure Certificates;
• certification of external commercial documents;
• drafts studies on Constanta county economic evolution;
• commercial arbitration: mediation and resolution of company or civil disputes, domestic or international;
• management of data bases containing business information – commercial and innovation;
• assistance for company registration with Register of Commerce
